Abstract

 

Con la introducción de los sistemas rotatorios de níquel-titanio a principios de los 2000, se evidenció un desfase entre la velocidad de preparación y el control efectivo de la infección, dado que la limpieza y la desinfección requieren tiempo. Por ello, el enfoque de “Conformar para luego limpiar” enfatiza que una preparación acelerada no debe comprometer el proceso de desinfección.

Durante la conferencia se analizará en profundidad la evolución de la preparación de conductos radiculares, evaluando el impacto de la revolución tecnológica en cada fase del tratamiento, todo ello respaldado por la evidencia científica más reciente. Además, se discutirán las limitaciones actuales para lograr una desinfección eficaz en endodoncia.

El propósito es ofrecer una experiencia de aprendizaje integral que combine la experticia clínica, científica y educativa, proporcionando a los profesionales una fuente confiable de información actualizada.
